I am grateful to AMREF HR for the opportunity to join Toastmasters, which has been instrumental in my professional and personal growth as a Communications Officer. Over the past six months, I’ve embraced roles like Toastmaster of the Day (TMOD) and Topics Master, sharpening my skills in managing engaging discussions and crafting impactful stories. Since joining Toastmasters, I’ve confidently taken on responsibilities such as hosting a youth podcast and moderating online and in-person dialogues. These experiences have enhanced my clarity, storytelling, and ability to foster meaningful conversations. The supportive feedback culture has elevated my performance at work, enabling me to approach challenges with confidence and structure.
