Our Mission
Our gender diversity quest seeks to empower women in Amref to achieve their full potential, give them a fair ground for growth and prepare them for leadership positions. The Amref Women Elevation Network (AWEN) supports this goal by offering capacity-building programs like coaching, mentoring, workshops, and networking, helping women unlock their full potential.
AWEN is a Statement and Expression to internal and external stakeholders that in Amref:
